Pikyourtrip helps you keep your travel ideas and plans in one place. Here is how we handle your information.
What we collect
When you sign in, we collect your email address and name through login. We also store the places, itineraries, packing lists and bucket list items you save, including any notes or images you add to them.
How we use your saved content
Your saved trip content is used only to run the app: to save, display and organize your plans and provide the features you choose to use. We never sell your saved trip content and do not use it for advertising.
Who can access it
Your saved content is private to your account unless you choose to share it. People with an active sharing link can view the content that link makes available. We access your saved content only when needed to fix a problem or help you. Service providers that support login, hosting and storage process information as needed to run the app.
Analytics and future advertising
We may use analytics tools to understand how the app is used. We may also run advertising in the future. Analytics and advertising can involve cookies and basic usage information, such as pages visited and device type. Your saved trip content is not sold or used for advertising. If we introduce advertising or change how we use information, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
Deleting your data
You can ask us to delete your account and saved data by emailing the contact address below, preferably from the email address used for your Pikyourtrip account. Tell us that you want your account and saved data deleted. We may need to confirm that the account belongs to you before handling the request. You do not need to send us a password or sign-in code.
